London Marylebone station is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Chiltern lists step-free access to all railway platforms and a mobility set-down point at the entrance. Tell the office about your needs when arranging a suitable arrival.
Marylebone Underground is on the Bakerloo line, separate from the railway platforms. If you are continuing by Tube, allow time to reach that connection: the car takes you to the station, not to the Underground train.
A pickup from your W13 address means you do not have to make your way to West Ealing Rail Station with your luggage. KB Cars serves homes around West Ealing and Northfields; your exact pickup address helps the office plan your journey.
Your train departure time is not the same as your target arrival at Marylebone. Allow for getting to the departure area and any assistance, and use your operator’s guidance when deciding how early to arrive. Share the service and your requested station-arrival time with the office.

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is an option to discuss if you need extra luggage room. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is a group option; luggage and the whole party need to be considered together.
Give the office the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so it can confirm a suitable vehicle.
For a separate return to W13, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately with the office; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.

The quote reflects your actual journey. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and timing, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop. Include your train service and requested station-arrival time. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends its acceptance by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point.
Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately; it may be free or carry a charge agreed with you.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
