PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL
Choose a station-arrival time that allows you to reach your departure area and use any assistance you have arranged.
Tell us your train operator and service, departure time and the time you would like to arrive at the station. London Paddington is on Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. The APCOA car park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road; waiting is not permitted in the station drop-off area.
A staffed assistance drop-off point is listed on the deck above platform 12. Arrange assistance inside Paddington with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell our office about your access needs so we can plan the car journey.
YOUR W13 START
West Ealing Rail Station is on Manor Road, W13 0LJ, while Northfields Underground Station is on Northfield Avenue, W13 9QU. Depending on where you live, reaching a station with your bags is a separate part of a public-transport journey.
A pre-booked KB Cars pickup starts at your W13 address instead. You will still need to make your way through Paddington to your onward departure area.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option; for seven or more passengers, enquire with the office. Consider the whole party and its luggage together, rather than seats alone.
Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so we can agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEY
For a return from London Paddington to W13, give the office your arriving train operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. We will agree a lawful, accessible meeting point separately; the return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your plans change, call 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to confirm any revised arrangements and charge; a change request is not itself acceptance.
GOOD TO KNOW
The car journey, station assistance and onward rail travel are distinct arrangements.
Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and timing, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so it can be considered in the quote. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and access needs as well.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, we can discuss the task and agree any charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and any folding chair with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
