Wilton Road is used for set-down and collection; Terminus Place is set-down only. Give us your train operator and requested station-arrival time, allowing for the walk to your departure area. Your arrival target is earlier than your train’s departure, not the departure time itself.

We collect across West Ealing and Northfields, so you can start from your own W13 address rather than first making your way to a station. West Ealing Rail Station is on Manor Road, W13 0LJ, if it helps you identify your starting area.
Give the office your exact pickup address and any access or mobility needs. If the car cannot stop at your door, we can discuss a safe, practical alternative.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Room for your party and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage. For groups, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven- or eight-plus passenger options; consider bags as well as seats.
Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEY
London Victoria back to W13
Arrange your return collection separately with the office. Give your contact number, arriving train operator or service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time; agree a car meeting point and exit for the return. Wilton Road is a collection point, but the office will agree your specific meeting point with you.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to agree the revised arrangement and obtain confirmation that any change has been accepted. Applicable waiting or changes can affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
The price reflects your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and timing, passenger count and luggage, along with any extra stop. Include your train service and requested station-arrival time.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Contact Gatwick Express, Southern or Southeastern, as appropriate to your service.
Tell our office what help you need with the car journey. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed for the task.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
