Give us your train service and departure time as well as the time you want to arrive at King's Cross. Allow for getting into the station and reaching your departure platform; the train's departure time is not your car arrival target.
King's Cross is listed as having step-free access to all platforms, and its station guide has assistance and lift information. Tell our office about your mobility needs for the car journey, and contact your rail operator to arrange any assistance you need inside the station.
YOUR W14 PICKUP
A pre-booked pickup from your address means you do not have to get yourself and your bags to a station first. Tell the office your exact pickup address and any relevant entrance so the car can be arranged for your starting point.
Barons Court Underground Station is on Pallister Road, W14 9EA; Kensington (Olympia) station is on Olympia Way, W14 0NE. They are distinct locations, so specify which one if a station is your pickup point.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; the right choice depends on the whole party and its combined load.
Give us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. If a carer is travelling, include them in the passenger count so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
COMING HOME
For London King's Cross to W14, give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus your contact number and W14 destination. We will agree a car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to let the office know. The booker or authorised contact can request a change; the office will confirm any accepted revised arrangements and charges. Waiting or changes can affect the cost.

The quote is based on your actual journey, including addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full W14 pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, train service, departure time and requested station-arrival target. Include any extra stop or return you would like arranged.
Contact your train operator to arrange station assistance; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs as well, so we can discuss a suitable car journey.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge; advance notice helps us coordinate suitable help. An optional extra escort inside a building is a separate arrangement: it may be free or carry a charge agreed for the task.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, a quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
