Returning from London Bridge to W14
Arrange your return separately with the office. Give us your arriving train operator and service, its origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately: the different station approaches are not one meeting place.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 and confirm the revised collection arrangement with the office. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote is based on the exact journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop. Include your train service and the time you want to arrive at the station, separately from the train's departure time.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. The Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse at London Bridge.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs when arranging the car. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, with any cost agreed for the help needed.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
