BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Agree a station arrival target with the office, allowing time to reach your departure area.
London Paddington is on Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. The APCOA car-park entrance on Bishops Bridge Road is separate from the station rank approach, and station drop-off guidance does not permit waiting. Agree your arrival target with the office.
A staffed assistance drop-off point is on the deck above platform 12. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance; your car booking does not itself arrange help inside the station.
YOUR ONWARD JOURNEY
Barons Court Underground Station on Pallister Road is a local W14 starting point. With a pre-booked car, KB Cars collects you from your chosen W14 address instead, so you do not have to take your luggage to the Underground first. You will still need to make your way inside Paddington to your departure area.
Tell the office your train departure and the time you want to arrive at the station; these are different times. Allow for finding your platform and any assistance you need. Heathrow Express and the Elizabeth line connect Paddington with Heathrow, if your rail journey continues to the airport.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing if you need extra luggage space, but choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the seats. Let us know the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item.
COMING BACK TO W14
For a separate return from London Paddington to W14, give the office your arriving train operator and service, travel date, scheduled arrival time and contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; the outward drop-off point is not automatically your return collection point.
If your train or plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the revised collection and obtain confirmation of any accepted change.

Your quote is based on the journey you need. Send your full W14 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so the office can quote for the complete journey. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Railway assistance inside Paddington is arranged separately with your train operator; a car booking does not arrange it. Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the car.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Let the office know what help you need so it can plan a suitable arrangement. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
