Tell our office which train you are catching and the time you need to arrive at St Pancras, rather than just the train’s departure time.
Eurostar departures are in the Arcade; EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground. Eurostar Standard and Plus passengers should follow the arrival time on their ticket, allowing for ticket, security and border checks. The ticket-check deadline is not the arrival target. Download your ticket near your travel date for current advice, which varies by route and class.
St Pancras International and King's Cross are separate railway stations, although they share an Underground station. Tell the office you need St Pancras International. Its Pancras Road set-down area is reached one way from Euston Road, not via King's Cross.
A pre-booked car collects you from your address in West Kensington or Olympia and takes you to St Pancras International, so you do not need a separate journey to an Underground station or an outside walk with your luggage. Allow for the walk inside St Pancras to your departure area.
W14 locations are distinct: Barons Court Underground Station is on Pallister Road, while Kensington (Olympia) is on Olympia Way. Give us your actual pickup address so the office can plan your journey from the right place.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for groups, and seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles can be requested. The office will consider the whole party and its luggage together, rather than seats alone.
A return from St Pancras International to W14 can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, plus a reachable mobile number. Agree the car’s meeting point separately; a return booking does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 and confirm the revised collection arrangements. Applicable waiting or changes can affect the cost.

Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. St Pancras has lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
