Check your operator’s arrival and check-in guidance for your UK or international service, allowing time to reach the gate. Tell KB Cars your operator, service and requested station-arrival time. For timetable enquiries, contact the coach company.
Your W14 pickup
A pre-booked car starts at your W14 address, so you do not need a separate journey to an Underground station with your luggage. You will still need to reach the departure area inside Victoria Coach Station.
Give the office your exact pickup address and any relevant access details. If the car cannot stop at the door, we can discuss a safe, practical alternative.

Choose space for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, while seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles can be requested from the office.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of cases, cabin bags or other items, including pushchairs or folding wheelchairs. We can agree a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
FOR THE WAY HOME
Returning from Victoria Coach Station to W14
Arrange the return separately, with your arriving coach operator or service, date, time and best contact number. Victoria Coach Station has separate Arrivals and Departures terminals; the office will agree your car meeting point with you rather than assume one.
If your coach is delayed or your plans change, call the office on 020 8870 8888. The booker or authorised contact can request a change; the office must accept it and confirm the revised arrangement. The fare may change.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the actual journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage details. Include the coach service and your requested station-arrival time, plus any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.
What if I need help inside the station?
Station assistance is separate from your car booking, so arrange it with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in the KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. We can arrange free guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair in advance. Advance notice does not remove any required disability assistance. If you need an additional escort inside, we can discuss the task; it may be free or carry an agreed charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
When is my car booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
