London Victoria railway station is on Victoria Street, London SW1V 1JU. Allow time between your car’s arrival and your train’s departure for the walk inside and finding your platform.
Agree your station arrival target
Tell the office your train departure and when you want to arrive at the station, so your outward pickup can be planned around them. Wilton Road allows set-down and collection; Terminus Place is set-down only.
YOUR W14 PICKUP
Start from your door
A pre-booked car collects you from your W14 address, so you do not have to take your bags to an Underground station first. You will still need to make your way inside Victoria to your onward train.
West Kensington, Barons Court and Kensington (Olympia) are distinct starting points. If comparing your options, Barons Court Underground Station is on Pallister Road; consider the journey from your own address as well as the connection at Victoria.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is also available; larger groups can enquire about seven- or eight-plus-passenger options.
Choose for the whole party and its luggage together. Let us know the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEYS
Arrange a separate return from Victoria
For a return from London Victoria to W14, tell the office the arriving train operator and service, its origin, date and scheduled arrival time, and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point and exit separately; Wilton Road is a collection point, but the office will agree the actual meeting point with you.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to confirm any accepted changes; a separate return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote is based on the particular journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and timing, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside Victoria is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can discuss the car journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, the office can discuss the task and any agreed cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage in a suitable vehicle.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
