PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL
Allow time to get from the car to your onward departure, and tell our office when you need to be at the station.
Network Rail lists step-free access from Waterloo’s main concourse to the platforms, with exits 1, 2 and 3 as step-free routes. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Underground Jubilee line. Discuss your access needs with the office when arranging the car.
Your train departure time is not the time you need to reach Waterloo. Allow for getting inside and finding your departure area, then give the office your train operator, onward service and preferred station-arrival time. Waterloo Underground also serves the Bakerloo, Jubilee, Northern and Waterloo & City lines.
YOUR W14 PICKUP
W14 is associated with West Kensington and Olympia. Barons Court Underground Station is a distinct local starting point on Pallister Road; reaching it from home is a separate part of a public-transport journey.
With a pre-booked car, arrange pickup from your W14 address and travel to Waterloo without first getting to an Underground station. You will still need to make your way inside Waterloo to your onward departure area.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate can be useful for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, while seven-passenger and larger vehicles can be requested through the office.
Share the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party and its combined load.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange your return separately with KB Cars. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, arrival date and time, and a contact number. We will agree a lawful, accessible car meeting point with you; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to agree and confirm the revised arrangements; a change request is not itself acceptance. Applicable waiting or changes may affect the cost.

The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full W14 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, plus any extra stop or vehicle preference.
Include your train operator and service and the time you want to arrive at Waterloo, rather than just the departure time.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Waterloo’s Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge; advance notice helps us coordinate suitable assistance. For an additional escort inside the station, ask the office to assess the help and agree any charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
