BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Allow time for the journey through Liverpool Street as well as the drive from W2.
Tell us your rail operator, service and departure time, and the time you want to arrive at the station. Check your operator’s recommended arrival time and allow for getting to your departure area. London Liverpool Street’s address is Bishopsgate, London EC2M 7PY; agree the drop-off arrangements with the office.
Liverpool Street lists a lift between street level, the mezzanine and concourse. Tell our office if walking distance or luggage affects your journey, and arrange any railway assistance separately with your rail operator.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is an option to discuss for extra luggage; the office will consider your passengers and luggage together when confirming a suitable arrangement. Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item.
FROM YOUR W2 ADDRESS
London Paddington station is on Praed Street. Getting there from a W2 home is a separate part of a rail journey, and an address in Bayswater or Queensway may involve a walk or interchange.
A pre-booked KB Cars journey collects you from your address and takes you and your luggage to London Liverpool Street. You will still need to make your way inside the destination station to your onward departure.
RETURN JOURNEY
A return from London Liverpool Street to W2 can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving rail operator and service, where the service starts, travel date and expected arrival time, plus a contact number. We will agree a car meeting point with you; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train, exit or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the arrangement and confirm any accepted change.

The car journey, rail ticket and station assistance are separate arrangements.
The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full W2 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop. Include your train service and the time you want to arrive at the station.
An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone does not confirm a car. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance inside the station separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and luggage needs so we can discuss the car journey too.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so please discuss boarding and space for a folded chair with the office. An optional additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and may be free or carry a cost agreed with you.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
