W2 to London Bridge station transfers

Pre-book private hire from Paddington, Bayswater or elsewhere in W2 to London Bridge. Get a quote for your journey and arrange a home pickup around your train and luggage.

AT LONDON BRIDGE

Arrive ready for your train

Plan for the station itself as well as the car journey.

Allow time for the concourse

London Bridge’s street-level concourse connects with all platforms, which sit above the main entrance level. After your drop-off, follow station signs to your departure facilities; the roadside entrance is not the platform.

Be clear about the station side

Tooley Street, Bermondsey Street and Station Approach are distinct station approaches, not interchangeable meeting locations. Discuss the appropriate side with the office for your drop-off; for a return, agree the collection point separately.

PLAN YOUR DEPARTURE

Choose your station-arrival target

Your train departure time and the time you want to reach London Bridge are different. Allow time to enter the station, find your departure facilities and reach your platform, then give the office your requested station-arrival time when asking for a quote.

Your W2 starting point matters: a home pickup in Bayswater or Queensway is not the same as starting at Paddington station. KB Cars collects from your specified address, so you can plan the journey with your luggage from the door.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose for passengers and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is another group option. For seven or more passengers, enquire with the office.

Give the passenger count and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle for the combined load.

RETURN JOURNEY

Arrange a separate return to W2

For a return from London Bridge to W2, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; the outward drop-off point is not automatically the return collection point.

If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the arrangements and confirm any accepted change.

GOOD TO KNOW

Station transfer questions

The details that help make your journey and rail connection work.

What do you need for a quote?

The quote reflects your exact journey. Send your full W2 pickup address, destination, date, passengers and luggage, together with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so it can be priced as part of the journey.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; a car booking does not arrange it. London Bridge’s Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse.

Tell the office about your mobility and assistance needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; discuss these needs in advance so suitable help can be coordinated. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, but a folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where suitable. Any additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with arrangements and any cost agreed.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
