Allow time to enter the station, reach your departure area and use any assistance you have arranged.
London Marylebone is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Your requested arrival at the station should be earlier than your train departure, leaving time for the walk inside and any assistance. Give the office your train details and the time you want to reach the station.
Chiltern lists a mobility set-down point at the station entrance and step-free access to every railway platform. Its assistance meeting point is at the ticket barriers. Tell our office about your mobility needs and arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator.
YOUR W2 COLLECTION
Whether you are starting in Paddington or Bayswater, KB Cars can collect from your W2 address and take you to London Marylebone. You avoid a separate journey to a first station with your luggage; you will still need to make your way inside Marylebone to your train.
Give the office the exact pickup address and any useful entrance or access details. If the proposed pickup point cannot be used safely or lawfully, we can discuss a practical alternative, including any mobility needs.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is worth considering if you have extra luggage. For a more comfortable journey, ask about executive options. Minivan and luxury options are also available to discuss. A six-passenger vehicle is offered, and larger groups can enquire about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases, cabin bags or other items, including any folded wheelchair or pushchair. We will consider the whole party and load together, not just the number of seats.
RETURN JOURNEYS
Arrange the return separately: give the office your arriving train operator or service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, along with your contact number. We will agree a suitable car meeting point; it is separate from the railway assistance meeting point.
If your train, exit or plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 so the office can review and agree any revised arrangements. Waiting may be chargeable under the applicable terms.

The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like to arrange.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends its acceptance by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance with your train operator separately; booking the car does not arrange it. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point.
Tell our office what help you need. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge; let us know ahead where possible so we can coordinate suitable help. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a passenger cannot travel seated in a wheelchair. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
