BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Allow time to reach the correct building and meet your coach operator’s arrival or check-in target.
Victoria Coach Station is at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations. Arrange your W2 pickup around the coach operator’s requested station-arrival or check-in time, not just the departure time.
The coach station has separate Departures and Arrivals terminals. For an outward coach, go to Departures and check the departure monitors for your gate. Contact your coach operator with timetable questions.
YOUR W2 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your W2 address, whether you are in Paddington, Bayswater or elsewhere in the district. You can travel with your luggage without first making a separate connection to Paddington station.
Give the office your exact pickup address and any useful entrance details. At Victoria Coach Station, allow time to enter Departures and find your gate.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate can be useful for extra luggage; for a larger party, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven or eight-plus seats.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases, cabin bags or other items, including any pushchair or folding wheelchair. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
RETURN JOURNEYS
For a separate journey from Victoria Coach Station Arrivals to W2, give the office your arriving coach operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree your car meeting point separately; it is not automatically the same as the outward drop-off.
If your coach is delayed or your plans change, call 020 8870 8888. Request the change through the office and agree the revised arrangements and any charge. A request or acknowledgement of it is not acceptance; the office must confirm the change.

Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full W2 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop.
Include your coach service and the operator’s requested station-arrival or check-in time so the office can plan the pickup around it.
A car booking does not itself arrange station assistance. Contact your coach operator separately about help inside Victoria Coach Station. There is a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in your KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
