Network Rail lists Wilton Road for set-down and collection, while Terminus Place is set-down only. Tell us when you want to arrive at the station, not just when your train departs, allowing time to reach your platform.

A pre-booked car collects you from your Paddington or Bayswater address, so you do not first need to reach Paddington station with your bags. Tell the office your exact pickup address and any practical access needs so the collection can be planned.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, with luggage considered alongside the number of passengers. Ask the office about seven or eight-plus passengers.
Share the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party.
RETURN JOURNEYS
Arrange a separate return to W2
For a collection from London Victoria, tell the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, date and scheduled arrival time, your W2 destination and a contact number. The office agrees the car meeting point separately; Wilton Road is listed for collection, but the meeting point is not automatic.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 with the updated details. Ask the office to confirm the revised arrangement has been accepted.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote is based on the actual journey and vehicle required. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside Victoria is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Contact Gatwick Express, Southern or Southeastern, as appropriate to your service.
Tell our office what help you need. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and any folding wheelchair with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
