STATION TRANSFERS

W2 to London Waterloo private hire

Pre-book a car from Paddington, Bayswater or another W2 address to Waterloo. Get a journey- and vehicle-specific quote and plan your station arrival with our 24-hour office.

Choose your station arrival target

Your train departure time and the time you want to arrive at Waterloo are different. Allow time to reach the concourse and platform, and for any assistance you have arranged. Give the office your train service, departure time and preferred station-arrival target so the pickup can be planned around them.

A pre-booked car collects you from your W2 address, rather than requiring you to reach a station first with your luggage. Give the office your exact pickup point, whether you are starting in Paddington, Bayswater or elsewhere in W2.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose for passengers and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is worth discussing for extra luggage. Executive, minivan and luxury options are also available to enquire about. A six-passenger vehicle is offered; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger options.

Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The whole party and its combined luggage determine the suitable vehicle.

AT WATERLOO

Arriving at London Waterloo

Plan the route from your car drop-off to the platform or your onward connection.

Plan for step-free access

Waterloo’s main concourse has step-free access to the platforms, and exits 1, 2 and 3 are identified as step-free routes. Tell the office about your access needs so the car arrangements can be discussed.

Connecting via exit 2

Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line. Allow for your onward route after the car arrives; the office can discuss a suitable drop-off with you.

COMING HOME

A separate return from Waterloo to W2

For a return collection, give the office your arriving train operator and service, travel date, scheduled arrival time and contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.

If your train is delayed or your plans change, call 020 8870 8888 so the office can review the arrangement. A change is not in place until the office accepts and confirms it.

GOOD TO KNOW

W2 to Waterloo transfer questions

The details that help you plan the car and your onward journey.

What do you need for a quote?

Your quote reflects the specific journey and vehicle. Send your full W2 pickup address, destination, date, passenger numbers and luggage, plus your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stops so the office can quote for the journey you need.

An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Arrange railway Passenger Assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Waterloo’s Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12.

Tell the office about your mobility and car assistance needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and space for a folding chair with the office.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
