Give the number of passengers and the sizes and quantities of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can agree a suitable vehicle for the combined party and load.
AT LONDON EUSTON
Allow time between your car’s arrival and your train departure to reach the right departure facilities.
London Euston is on Euston Road, London NW1 2RT. Network Rail lists road set-down and collection points at Eversholt Street and Euston Square Gardens. Tell the office your train departure and the earlier time you want to arrive at the station; allow for walking inside before boarding.
If you need help at Euston, request station assistance from your train operator and tell KB Cars about your needs when arranging the car. Operators include Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway, London Overground and Caledonian Sleeper.
FROM YOUR W5 ADDRESS
A pre-booked car collects you from your W5 address and takes you directly to London Euston, so you do not have to carry your luggage to the station. Ealing Broadway station is on The Broadway, W5 2NU, if you are comparing a rail journey with pickup from home.
If your party needs collection from more than one address, tell the office the addresses and your preferred order of stops when requesting your quote.
COMING HOME
Your return collection is arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, along with your contact number. Agree a meeting point with the office rather than assuming it will be the outward set-down point.

The quote is based on your particular journey and vehicle needs. Send your full W5 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage, and mention any extra stop.
Include your train service and departure time, plus the earlier time you would like to arrive at Euston. Tell the office about any vehicle preference or assistance needs.
Request railway assistance from your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about mobility, boarding or walking needs so the car journey can be planned with you.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; advance notice helps us coordinate. If you want an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
