A direct start from Ealing
Ealing Broadway station is on The Broadway, W5 2NU. A pre-booked car collects you from your W5 address, so you do not need to carry your luggage to the station for the journey to King's Cross.
If your party is setting off from more than one address, ask the office about adding stops when you request your quote.

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is also offered; ask the office about seven or eight-plus passengers.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can consider the whole party and its luggage together when arranging a suitable vehicle.
RETURN JOURNEYS
Arrange a separate return to W5
For a return from London King's Cross to W5, give the office your arriving train operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. We will agree a lawful meeting point with you separately.
If your train or plans change, call 020 8870 8888. Discuss the revised collection and any change in charge with the office, and obtain confirmation of the accepted change. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the particular journey and vehicle you need. Send your full W5 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop. Include your rail operator and service and your requested station-arrival time.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. King's Cross lists step-free access to all platforms.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
When is my car booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
