W5 to London Bridge station transfers

Pre-book private hire from your W5 or Ealing address to London Bridge. Request a quote for your journey and luggage, with help from our 24-hour office.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Arrive ready for your train

Agree where to be dropped off and allow time to reach your departure area.

Agree the station side

London Bridge has entrances around Tooley Street, St Thomas Street and Bermondsey Street. Agree the drop-off side with the office rather than treating the station as one interchangeable point.

Allow time inside

The street-level concourse connects to all platforms, which sit above the main entrance level. The Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse. Allow time to reach your departure area.

Plan your arrival, not just your departure

A pickup from your W5 address in Ealing takes you to London Bridge without first travelling to Ealing Broadway Rail Station on The Broadway or changing trains with your luggage. You will still need time to get through London Bridge to your departure area.

Check the arrival time recommended by your train operator and tell the office your train departure and the station-arrival time you need. The office can plan the pickup around that target; allow for the walk inside and any assistance arrangements.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose room for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate can be useful for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, with luggage considered alongside the seats. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.

Give the office the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so it can arrange a suitable vehicle for the whole party.

Returning from London Bridge

For a separate return from London Bridge to W5, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; the outward drop-off side is not automatically the return meeting point.

If your train or plans change, call the 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888 and confirm the revised arrangements. A requested change is not in place until the office accepts it; a revised charge may apply.

GOOD TO KNOW

Station transfer questions

The essentials for your car journey and onward train.

What do you need for a quote?

The quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full W5 pickup address, London Bridge destination, travel date and time, passenger count and luggage. Include your train service, departure and requested station-arrival time, plus any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

What if I need help inside the station?

Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about mobility or boarding needs so we can discuss the car journey too.

We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An additional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement; discuss the help needed and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
