Chiltern lists step-free access to every railway platform and a mobility set-down point at the station entrance. Its assistance meeting point is at the ticket barriers. Tell our office what help you need for the car journey; railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator.
YOUR W5 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your W5 address, so you do not need to get your party and luggage to a local station first. Give the office the exact pickup address and any access details that will help the driver find you.
Ealing Broadway Rail Station is on The Broadway, W5 2NU. If that is your chosen pickup point, say so when requesting your quote and agree a suitable meeting point with the office.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; for a group, the six-passenger option is available around the clock, while seven- and eight-plus-passenger vehicles can be requested through the office.
Tell us how many are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help match the vehicle to the whole load, not just the seats.
RETURN JOURNEYS
A return collection is arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, where it starts, the travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. We will agree the car meeting point with you.
If your train is delayed or your plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to review the collection and agree any revised arrangements. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote is based on the exact journey and vehicle required. Send your full pickup address and destination, date, passengers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop so it can be reflected in the quote.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as the assistance meeting point.
Tell our office about mobility or boarding needs for the car. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
