BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Choose the right station and use your operator’s arrival guidance to plan the car journey.
St Pancras International and King’s Cross are separate railway stations, although they share an Underground station. At St Pancras, Eurostar uses the international departure area in the Arcade; EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, and Thameslink platforms are below ground.
For Eurostar Standard and Plus travel from London, use the arrival time on your ticket as your station target, not the ticket-check deadline. Allow for ticket, security and border checks. Download your ticket near the travel date for the latest guidance for your route and class.
W5 is in Ealing, and Ealing Broadway station is on The Broadway. A pre-booked car takes you from your address to St Pancras, so you do not have to carry your luggage to the first station.
Tell the office your train service and the time you want to reach St Pancras International, rather than just the departure time. You will still need to make your way from the car drop-off to your departure area inside the station.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is also available; enquire about seven- or eight-plus passenger options.
Tell us the number of passengers and the sizes and counts of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can agree a suitable vehicle for the combined party and load.
RETURN COLLECTION
For a collection from St Pancras International to W5, give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, arrival date and time, and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately with the office; a return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.
If your train or plans change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 to request an update and obtain confirmation of the accepted arrangement. Waiting or changes may affect the cost.

An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance inside the station separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. St Pancras has lift-based step-free access to all platforms.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge; advance details help us coordinate suitable assistance. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
