A pre-booked car collects you at your W5 address in Ealing, so you do not need to take your luggage to a local station first. You will still need to make your way through Victoria railway station to your departure area.
Give the office your exact pickup address and let us know about any access or mobility needs. If the door cannot be used safely or lawfully, we can agree a practical alternative with you.

A separate return from Victoria to W5
For a return collection, give the office your arriving operator and service, its origin, travel date and expected arrival time, together with a contact number. We will agree a lawful, accessible meeting point separately; a return booking does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 and ask us to accept and confirm any revised arrangements. If a message has not been acknowledged, call the office. Waiting or accepted changes may affect the cost.

How do I get a quote for W5 to Victoria?
Request a quote for your exact journey: the price reflects the addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed extras. Give us your full pickup address, destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like arranged.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs so we can discuss the car journey too.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, we can discuss the task and agree any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
