BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Set a station arrival target that leaves time for your onward train and any assistance you need.
London Paddington is at Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. Allow time from the road entrance to your departure area and tell us your train departure and preferred station arrival time; they are not the same. Paddington’s drop-off guidance does not permit waiting.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell our office about your mobility needs when arranging the car.
A pre-booked car can collect you from your Hammersmith address, so you do not have to carry your luggage to an Underground station. You will still need time to reach your departure area inside Paddington.
If you are being collected near Hammersmith station, specify which station and pickup point. The Hammersmith & City station is on Beadon Road; the separate District and Piccadilly station is at Hammersmith Broadway.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Tell us the number of passengers and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can agree a vehicle for the whole party and its combined luggage.
RETURN TO W6
For a return from London Paddington to W6, give us your arriving train operator and service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. Our office will agree the car meeting point separately.
If your train or plans change, call the office on 020 8870 8888. Ask whether the revised arrangement can be accepted and confirm any change in charge. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and preferred station arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility needs so we can plan the car journey too.
Ordinary guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; let us know the help you need, preferably ahead of travel. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
