Plan your pickup around the coach operator’s requested arrival time, not just the departure time.
Victoria Coach Station is at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations. It has separate Departures and Arrivals terminals; at Departures, check the monitors for your gate.
Check your coach company’s instructions and requested station-arrival time, including the requirements for your UK or international service. Give the office that arrival target when arranging your W6 pickup. Ask the coach operator about its timetable.
A pre-booked car collects you from your W6 address, so you do not need to carry your luggage to an Underground station before your journey. Give the office the exact address and, where useful, the building or entrance.
Hammersmith’s District and Piccadilly line station is on Hammersmith Broadway; the Hammersmith & City and Circle station is a separate station on Beadon Road. If a station is your pickup point, specify which one and agree a safe, accessible meeting point with the office.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate may be worth considering for extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. Six-passenger vehicles are offered around the clock; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger options.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help match the vehicle to the combined party and load.
For a separate return from Victoria Coach Station to W6, give the office your arriving coach operator or service, travel date, expected arrival time and a mobile contact number. The station has a separate Arrivals terminal; agree your car meeting point with the office rather than assuming it is the outward drop-off point.
If your coach is delayed or your plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to request a change and agree the revised collection arrangements with the office.

Your quote reflects the actual journey and vehicle required. Send your full W6 pickup address, destination, date and pickup time, passenger and luggage details, coach service and the operator’s requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Station assistance is separate from your car booking; arrange it with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in the KB booking.
Tell the office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. If you need an additional escort inside, the office can discuss the task and any agreed cost.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
