BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Set a station-arrival target before your train departure, allowing time to reach the departure area.
London Paddington is on Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. Tell the office your train service and the time you want to arrive at the station, not just the train departure time. Allow time to get from the car to your departure area. The car park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road; station approaches are distinct and waiting is not permitted at the drop-off.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point above platform 12. Arrange station assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell KB Cars about any access needs for the car.
YOUR ONWARD CONNECTION
Paddington connects to Heathrow via the Heathrow Express and Elizabeth line. Allow time between your car arrival and onward departure, and arrange your rail ticket separately.
A pickup from your W8 address avoids having to reach High Street Kensington Underground Station with your luggage. You will still need to make your way from the car to your onward departure area at Paddington.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for groups, consider the people and bags together rather than seats alone.
Tell us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
FOR THE JOURNEY HOME
For a separate return from London Paddington to W8, give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, travel date and expected arrival time, and a contact number for the traveller. Agree the car meeting point separately; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to agree and confirm any revised collection arrangements and charge.

Your quote is based on the specific journey. Send your full W8 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point above platform 12.
Tell the office what help you need with the car. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
