W8 to St Pancras International private hire

Pre-book private hire from your W8 or Kensington address to St Pancras, including Eurostar departures. Get a quote based on your journey and vehicle needs, with help from our 24-hour office.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Plan your station arrival

Choose the right station and allow time to reach your train's departure area.

Use your ticket's arrival target

For Eurostar Standard and Plus, plan around the station arrival time on your ticket, not just the train's departure time. Allow for ticket, security and border checks; the ticket-check deadline is not the same as an arrival target.

Choose St Pancras, not King's Cross

St Pancras International and King's Cross are separate railway stations, although they share an Underground station. Confirm St Pancras International as your destination and allow for the walk to your departure area.

YOUR JOURNEY FROM W8

From your Kensington address to the right departure area

A pre-booked car collects you at your W8 address, so you do not need to get yourself and your luggage to High Street Kensington Underground Station first. Give the office your exact pickup address and any access needs.

At St Pancras International on Euston Road, Eurostar uses the international departure and arrival areas in the Arcade. EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground. Allow time after drop-off to reach the right area.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose space for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, with luggage considered alongside the number of passengers.

Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party and its load.

RETURN TO W8

Arrange your return collection separately

For a return from St Pancras International to W8, give the office your arriving train operator or service, its origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; a return booking does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to confirm any revised arrangements; a request or acknowledgment alone does not mean a change has been accepted.

GOOD TO KNOW

W8 to St Pancras questions

The practical details for your car and onward rail journey.

What do you need for a quote?

Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle required. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Railway assistance inside St Pancras is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. The station has lift-based step-free access to all platforms.

Tell our office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. For an optional additional escort inside a building, the office can discuss the task and agree any cost.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
