Departures and Arrivals are separate terminals. Plan your car arrival for the time your coach operator requests for station arrival or check-in. At Departures, follow the monitors to your gate; contact your coach company with timetable enquiries.
YOUR W8 PICKUP
A pickup from your Kensington address
A pre-booked car takes you from your W8 address to Victoria Coach Station, without first getting to High Street Kensington Underground Station or carrying your luggage on a final street walk. You will still need to make your way inside the coach station to Departures.
Give the office your exact pickup address and any useful entrance details. If the proposed point cannot be used safely or lawfully, the office can help agree a practical alternative.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is offered around the clock; enquire about seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles.
Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party and its combined luggage.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange your return to W8
For a separate return from Victoria Coach Station to W8, give the office your arriving coach operator and service, travel date and arrival time, destination and a contact number. The office will agree a lawful, accessible meeting point with you; the outward booking does not automatically reserve the same car for your return.
If your coach or plans change, contact the 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888 to request revised arrangements. Make sure the change is accepted; acknowledgement of your request alone is not acceptance.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote is based on the actual journey and vehicle you need. Send your full W8 pickup address, destination, travel date and time, passenger count and luggage details, together with your coach service and its requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle and assistance requirements.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
For station assistance, contact your coach operator separately from your car booking. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in your KB booking.
Tell the office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any charge agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
