High Street Kensington is distinct from South Kensington and Kensington (Olympia); give the office your exact pickup address rather than a station name alone.
Allow time to get inside Victoria railway station and reach your onward train. Tell the office if you need help with the car journey or have limited walking tolerance.

Choose space for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage. For a group, ask about a six-passenger vehicle and consider passengers and bags together, not just the number of seats.
Give the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, and mention any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item so a suitable vehicle can be arranged.
RETURN JOURNEYS

A return collection is arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator or service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree the meeting point with the office rather than assuming it is the outward drop-off point.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle you need. Send your full W8 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. At Victoria, contact Gatwick Express, Southern or Southeastern as appropriate for your service.
Tell the KB Cars office about mobility or walking needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside the station, the office can assess the arrangement and agree any cost with you. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and luggage needs with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
