Private hire or rail from Acton?
Private hire takes you from your booked home or hotel address to your chosen Gatwick terminal, without a separate journey to a local station.
For rail, the Acton stations are different: Acton Main Line on Horn Lane has Elizabeth line services; Acton Central on Churchfield Road has Mildmay line services; Acton Town on Gunnersbury Lane is an Underground station. Plan how you will reach the appropriate station and make any changes.
At the airport end, Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria; Thameslink connects with London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. Gatwick Express runs between Victoria and Gatwick. Plan your Acton leg and the services for your travel date; these connections do not establish a direct train from every Acton station.

Yes. Tell the office what help you need; guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one. Give the relevant child and seat details so availability and suitability can be confirmed before travel.
