Private events can affect access, so the office and driver will agree a practical, lawful meeting point with you rather than assume stopping permission.

What should I include for an airport transfer from Acton?
Give us the collection address, date and time, flight number, airport and terminal, passenger count and luggage. For a return, ask about a separate pickup or waiting. If plans change, the booker or authorised contact can request a change; the office must accept it and confirm the revised arrangements and any charge.
Can you collect from Gunnersbury Park?
Yes, a collection can be arranged at a practical, lawful meeting point. Tell us whether you mean the Popes Lane visitor car park, museum or event entrance; private events can affect access.
What if I do not know my return time?
You can contact the office when ready, reserve a driver to wait under agreed chargeable terms, or arrange an approximate return as a separate booking. If you are delayed for a booked return, contact the office; waiting or changes can affect the cost. The outward car is not automatically retained, and a car requested when ready is subject to availability rather than guaranteed immediate collection.
Can you help if I have limited walking or unusual luggage?
Yes. Tell the office about your walking tolerance, entry needs, bags, pushchairs, folding wheelchair or accompanying carer so we can discuss a suitable vehicle and meeting point. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; advance notice helps us coordinate the help. The fleet is not wheelchair-accessible, so the office will confirm suitability. An additional escort inside a building can be discussed separately, including any agreed cost.
