PLAN YOUR DEPARTURE
Plan your station arrival before your train leaves, with time to reach your departure area.
Tell the office your train operator, service and the time you want to arrive at the station, not just the train departure time. London Victoria railway station is on Victoria Street; Victoria Coach Station is separate.
Wilton Road is a combined set-down and collection point; Terminus Place is set-down only. The office can discuss the appropriate approach for your outward journey. A return meeting point is agreed separately.
YOUR W3 PICKUP
A pre-booked pickup from your W3 address means you do not have to reach a local station with your luggage before starting your journey. Acton Main Line station is on Horn Lane; it is a different starting point from your home or other pickup address.
Give the office your exact pickup address so the journey can be quoted and a suitable collection arranged. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is worth asking about if you have extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group; ask the office about seven-passenger or larger vehicles.
Share the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a vehicle for the whole party and its combined luggage.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange your return separately with the office. Share your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. The office will agree a lawful meeting point with you; the outward drop-off point is not automatically your return collection point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the collection and confirm any accepted change. Applicable waiting or changes may affect the cost.

The quote is based on your particular journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full W3 pickup address, destination, passenger count and luggage details, along with any extra stop.
Include your train service and requested station-arrival time so the office can plan around your departure. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Railway assistance inside London Victoria is arranged separately with your train operator; the car booking does not arrange it. Contact your operator about the help you need for your train.
Tell the KB Cars office about your mobility and assistance needs when arranging the journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed for the task.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
