Allow time to reach your onward departure after the car journey.
London Liverpool Street is on Bishopsgate, London EC2M 7PY. Tell our office your train departure and the time you want to arrive at the station, allowing for the walk to your onward departure area. We can discuss the pickup timing with you.
A lift links the concourse, mezzanine and street level. Tell our office about your mobility needs for the car journey, and arrange any railway station assistance separately with your rail operator.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, with luggage considered alongside the number of passengers. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger arrangements.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so we can agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party.
YOUR W3 PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you from your W3 address, so you do not need to make a separate journey from home to a local station with your bags. You will still need to allow time to move through Liverpool Street for your onward train.
If a local station helps identify your pickup area, Acton Main Line is on Horn Lane, W3 9EH. It is a different station from Acton Central and Acton Town; give the office your actual pickup address rather than relying on the station name.
COMING BACK
For a return from London Liverpool Street to W3, give our office your arriving train operator or service and its origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, as well as a contact number. We will agree the car meeting point separately; the outward drop-off does not establish the return pickup point.

Your quote is based on the actual journey and vehicle you need. Send your full W3 pickup address, destination, travel date and time, passenger numbers and luggage details. Include your train service, departure and requested station-arrival time, and tell us about any extra stop.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance inside Liverpool Street separately with your train operator; the car booking does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can discuss the car journey.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell our office in advance about the help you need so we can coordinate it. If you need an additional escort inside the station, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
