Set your airport arrival target
Share your travel date, flight number and the time you want to reach the terminal for check-in. The office can discuss a suitable pickup time for your departure. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Plan for people and bags together
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or unusual items. This helps the office agree a suitable vehicle for the whole party.
Know the airport drop-off
Luton’s paid Pick Up/Drop Off Zone is a short walk from the terminal. Drivers should follow the airport signs at the roundabout before the tunnel rather than continuing with satnav.
Terminal or Parkway? Luton Airport Parkway is a separate railway station, connected to the terminal by DART. Tell us if you need the terminal rather than the station as your drop-off.

TRAVEL OPTIONS
Private hire or rail to Luton?
A booked car collects you from the address you provide, without a separate trip to a station. If comparing rail, Brixton Underground on Brixton Road (SW9 8HE) and Brixton rail station on Atlantic Road (SW9 8JB) are separate points. Streatham Hill station is in SW2 4SA, is listed with Southern and has a step-free category A classification; check current access and assistance details for your journey.
Thameslink serves Luton Airport Parkway from St Pancras, Farringdon, City Thameslink, Blackfriars and London Bridge; East Midlands Railway’s Luton Airport Express also runs from St Pancras to Parkway. Neither takes you into the terminal: continue by DART and select Luton Airport (LUA) for a combined rail-and-DART ticket. DART operates around the clock, but check the mainline service and your local journey to the station for your travel date.

Yes. Your private hire pickup is arranged from the address you provide, whether a home or hotel in Brixton or Brixton Hill. Give the full postcode, entrance and any additional stops; the stations mentioned above are public-transport alternatives, not your default pickup.
How do I choose a vehicle for my luggage?
Choose for the passengers and luggage together, not just the number of seats. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are by enquiry.

When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Can I arrange help with bags or boarding?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, the office can agree the task and any cost with you.
KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable; please discuss boarding needs and the rest of your luggage.
