Discuss the meeting point and collection arrangements with KB Cars before travel. Luton Airport’s paid Pick Up/Drop Off Zone is a separate airport facility, a short walk from the terminal. If you and your driver cannot find each other, the office can help.

Public transport: DART and rail to London The DART connects the terminal with Luton Airport Parkway station. From Parkway, Thameslink serves St Pancras, Farringdon, City Thameslink, Blackfriars and London Bridge; the Luton Airport Express links Parkway with St Pancras. Select Luton Airport (LUA) for a combined rail-and-DART ticket, rather than a Parkway-only ticket. Plan the onward London-to-Brixton leg and check mainline times for your travel date.

Choose the right Brixton-area destination
Brixton Underground on Brixton Road and Brixton rail on Atlantic Road are separate SW9 locations. Brixton Hill also involves SW2, so a station or area name alone may not identify your destination.
Streatham Hill station is at Streatham Hill, Streatham, London, SW2 4SA; it is not automatically a Brixton town-centre destination. Give us the exact address and entrance you need.

Can the car take me to my home or hotel?
Yes. Arrange your transfer to your chosen home, hotel or office address, and include the postcode, entrance and any additional stops. The stations in the public transport comparison are alternatives, not your default private hire destination.
How do I choose a vehicle for my passengers and luggage?
Choose for the whole party and its combined luggage, not just the number of seats. The saloon is a starting point for lighter loads; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. An Executive vehicle is another option, and you can enquire about Mini Van and Luxury vehicles.
Tell the office the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. We can discuss a suitable arrangement.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Can I arrange help or a child seat?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask the office to arrange one. Give the relevant child and seat details so availability and suitability can be confirmed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
