Your destination is Stansted Airport, not Stansted Mountfitchet. Express Set Down is for drop-offs only, and vehicles must not be left unattended there. Ask the office how any set-down charge is treated in your quote.

Brixton Underground and Brixton rail are separate SW9 stations. Streatham Hill station is in SW2, at Streatham Hill, Streatham, London SW2 4SA. The most useful local connection depends on your actual starting address, not just the district name.
Stansted Express links London Liverpool Street and Stansted Airport; Tottenham Hale connects it with the Victoria line. The operator’s Stratford option requires a change at Tottenham Hale, rather than a direct Stansted Express train. Check the timetable for your travel date, particularly for an early flight.
A private-hire car starts at your booked home or hotel, without a station leg. Compare that convenience with the walking, luggage and changes involved in the rail journey.

Can I be picked up from my address?
Yes. Your pre-booked journey can start at your Brixton or Brixton Hill home or hotel address. Give us the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops; stations in the rail comparison are alternatives, not the default pickup.
Which vehicle should I choose for my luggage?
Choose for the whole party and its luggage together, not just the number of seats. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load, an estate offers more luggage space and an MPV is an option for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury arrangements are by enquiry.

Can we travel with a child seat?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask the office to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give us the child’s relevant height, weight and seat needs so we can confirm the arrangement and cost.
Can you help with bags or getting to the car?
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office what help you need so it can coordinate a suitable driver; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
