Follow the meeting and contact arrangements confirmed for your booking. Stansted's Short Stay Green and Blue are pickup and drop-off parking options; Express Set Down is not a pickup area. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact our office for help.
Provide the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, the entrance and any additional stop. Brixton and Brixton Hill include distinct SW9 and SW2 planning points, so the exact address matters.
Public transport via Tottenham Hale Stansted Express connects with the Victoria line at Tottenham Hale. If you choose public transport, plan the interchange, your luggage and the final leg to your actual Brixton or Brixton Hill address.

Yes. Your pre-booked journey can take you to your home, hotel or office. Give us the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops; the stations mentioned here are public-transport alternatives, not your default destination.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of your cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items. The office can help confirm a vehicle for the complete party and load, not just the number of seats. An accompanying carer also needs a seat.
Contact the office so it can help coordinate your arrival. Use the meeting and contact details confirmed for your booking; ask the office about the applicable waiting and parking charges when arranging your journey.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
