Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair or unusual equipment, so the office can agree a suitable arrangement.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Tell the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage requirements. Agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown for your individual flight by your airline. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Either can be arranged from your booked address. Give us your home address and access details, or specify which station you want; the local stations are alternatives, not the default pickup point.
