QUOTE DETAILS
Your quote covers the arranged private-hire journey, based on your travel date and time, terminal, exact destination, passengers and luggage. Include any extra stops or vehicle requests so the office can quote for the journey you need.
Heathrow terminal parking is separate, at Heathrow’s own price. Pay at the terminal pay station on exit, or repay the driver if they pay for you. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; agree these when booking.
ARRIVAL PLAN
We plan the collection around your flight and the final drop-off around your chosen Carshalton address.
Give us your flight number and terminal so we can coordinate your pickup. The office checks the flight before dispatch and your driver tracks it after the job is assigned. Request a meeting inside arrivals and a name board if useful; otherwise we will advise on a meeting option and agree it with you before or around arrival. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing, then waits at arrivals. If you need later entry, arrange it before pickup. Tell the office or driver if immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you: the driver can enter later to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting, so agree the applicable terms when booking.
We can take you to a home, hotel or station. Give the exact address and any block, entrance or access details. Carshalton and Carshalton Beeches are different stations, so specify which one you need.

Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one when pre-booking, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements, and include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage needs. Agree the arrangement and cost before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you know. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs; waiting outside is still waiting, not unlimited free waiting. Agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give the full destination address and postcode, along with any entrance or access details, when requesting your quote. Include any additional stops so they can be agreed as part of the journey.
Your booking can move to the new flight without a charge for the flight change. Contact the office with the new details so the change can be agreed and confirmed. If it involves a different airport or destination, the new journey needs office acceptance and a revised quote where appropriate.
