From your door by car, or via London by rail
A pre-booked car collects you from your agreed Chelsea address and takes you to your Gatwick terminal. You can discuss the vehicle and any extra stops with the office.
For rail, Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria; Gatwick Express also runs from Victoria. Thameslink connects Gatwick with London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. Gatwick station is at South Terminal; use the free inter-terminal shuttle for North. Plan the local leg from your address and check services for your travel date; these airport connections do not mean every Chelsea address has a direct train.
- Knightsbridge Underground Station, Sloane Street, London SW3 1ED, is an SW3 planning reference, not the default car pickup.
- Imperial Wharf station, Townmead Road, Chelsea, SW6 2ZH, is a nearby rail planning reference outside SW3 and SW10.

Is the pickup from my address?
Yes. Your pre-booked pickup is the agreed Chelsea address, not one of the stations in the rail comparison. Give us the full postcode, entrance and any additional stops so the office can arrange the journey.
What luggage details should I provide?
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of your bags, including cabin bags, pushchairs and unusual items. The car needs to accommodate the complete party and luggage together, not just provide enough seats.
When is my transfer confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone does not confirm a car.
Can I arrange help or a child seat?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need and we can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with us. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance. Give the office the relevant child and seat requirements so availability, suitability and any charge can be agreed.
