Airport parking or pickup charges are separate from the KB fare, and waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy. Ask the office to explain the costs and inclusions for your booking.

Give us your flight number, travel date and arrival time, and tell us whether you arrive at Gatwick North or South Terminal. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets you inside arrivals. A name board can be provided. Agree the meeting arrangements and give us contact details so the office can help if you and your driver cannot find each other.
Give us your Chelsea home, hotel or office address and postcode, plus the entrance, any extra stops and relevant access details.
Taking the train instead Gatwick’s railway station is at South Terminal; from North Terminal, use the free inter-terminal shuttle. Southern serves Clapham Junction and Victoria, Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International, and Gatwick Express runs to Victoria. Plan your onward Chelsea connection and luggage separately.

Knightsbridge Underground Station is an SW3 planning reference, not a default destination. Give us the address and entrance for your home, hotel or office.
Chelsea and Westminster Hospital is at 369 Fulham Road, London, SW10 9NH. If it is your destination, tell us the department and entrance you need.

Yes. Your private hire is arranged to your booked home, hotel, office or other destination. Give us the full address and postcode, the entrance and any additional stops; a station mentioned as a public-transport alternative is not your default destination.
Tell us the number of passengers and the number and size of your suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. Passenger space and luggage need to be considered together.
An estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. Discuss your complete load with the office so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
KB normally uses Short Stay parking and meets passengers inside Gatwick arrivals; a name board can be provided. Agree your meeting arrangements with the office.

Yes. Tell the office what help you need when booking. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the relevant child and seat details. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
