PLAN THE DEPARTURE
Agree a collection time that gives you the airport arrival target your flight needs.
Give your full pickup address, postcode and any access details. For a collection at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, 369 Fulham Road, London, SW10 9NH, specify the department and entrance. If the proposed point is not accessible, the office can discuss a practical alternative.
Share your flight date and departure time when discussing collection. Heathrow recommends arriving three hours before an international flight or two hours before a domestic or Europe flight; check your airline’s own requirements. These are airport arrival targets, not pickup times.
Heathrow has passenger Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5, with different approaches. Give the flight number and the terminal shown by your airline so the car is arranged to drop you at the right one. A private-hire transfer starts at your booked address. Public transport starts at a station, so allow for getting there with your party and bags.
Knightsbridge Underground Station is on Sloane Street, London, SW3 1ED, and serves the Piccadilly line. Its location is a useful reference, but it is not the default pickup point or necessarily close to every Chelsea home.
Fulham Broadway Underground Station is in SW6. If considering a connection from there, include the journey from your Chelsea address to the station and any interchange in your plans.

KB Cars has operated since 2008. In our reviewed records, 890 of 1,767 completed Heathrow drop-off journeys were scheduled for collection between 04:00 and 07:59—about half. These records cover 15 August 2024 to 14 August 2026 across our measured Heathrow work. They show experience arranging early airport journeys, not an on-time performance score.

Vehicle choice, child seats and the details that make your departure easier.
Choose the vehicle for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space to consider than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office how many large cases and cabin bags you have, their sizes, and whether you are bringing a pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual items.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space. Agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Pickup is from your booked address, including your home if that is what you arrange. Stations are alternatives for public-transport connections, not the default private-hire pickup point.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; discuss boarding, the folding chair and your other luggage together.
If you need assistance at Heathrow, arrange it through your airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying. An optional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement; discuss the task and any charge with the office.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
