Heathrow parking is separate from the fare, at the airport’s own price. Pay at the terminal pay station or repay your driver if they pay; it is only rarely added to a card payment.
ARRIVAL PLAN
Our office helps arrange your meeting and onward journey, from your flight arrival to your Chelsea destination.
For your pickup, the office checks your flight before dispatch and your driver tracks it afterwards. Give us your flight number and terminal, and request a name board inside arrivals or agree another meeting option before or around arrival. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you prefer later entry, arrange it before pickup. Tell the office or driver about a hold at immigration, baggage or on the runway so the driver can enter later and help limit parking costs.
We take you to your agreed home, hotel, hospital or other destination. Give us the exact address and any entrance or access instructions so we can plan the final approach.

Request meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge, or arrange another pickup point with the office before or around your arrival. Parking remains payable separately. Give us your flight number and terminal so we can advise on the meeting option.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to arrange a baby seat, child seat or booster in advance; availability and suitability must be agreed, and a charge may apply. Give us the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs, and include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage requirements.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you can. They can arrange later terminal entry to help limit parking costs. The driver is still waiting outside, so later entry does not mean unlimited free waiting; agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. We can arrange the journey to your home, hotel or another Chelsea destination. Give us the full address, postcode and entrance or access details when requesting your quote, along with any additional stops.
If your flight is cancelled or diverted, your booking can move to the new flight without a change charge. Contact our 24-hour office with the new details. If the airport or destination changes, the revised journey needs office agreement and the fare will reflect the new route.
