Give your travel date, flight number and the time you want to reach Luton Airport for check-in. The office can discuss a pickup time around that target; allow for your airline's check-in requirements and changing road conditions.
Give the number travelling and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. Seats and luggage space need to work together.
If your party needs another pickup or stop, tell the office the address and preferred order when requesting your quote. You can also discuss a return journey separately.
Help getting to the car Tell the office about any assistance or limited walking needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost separately.

A pre-booked car takes your party from the agreed Chelsea address to Luton Airport, without a separate journey to a station.
For rail, plan your local journey to St Pancras, then take Thameslink or East Midlands Railway to Luton Airport Parkway. Parkway is not the terminal: continue on the DART. For a combined rail-and-DART ticket, select Luton Airport (LUA); a Parkway-only ticket is different. Check the mainline connection for your travel date and compare changes, walking and luggage.

A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can suit a larger party. Mini Van and luxury options are available by enquiry. The office can discuss which arrangement suits your load.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child's relevant height, weight and seat requirements, and ask about the applicable charge.
