ARRIVING AT LUTON
Agree your collection with our office before travelling, so you know how to meet your driver and where your journey ends.
Share your flight number, arrival date and expected landing time so we can coordinate your airport pickup. Mention any extra stops or access needs. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Agree where to meet and tell us how to contact you after landing. If you and your driver cannot find each other, our 24-hour office can help. Ask the office about the arrangements for flight delays, parking and waiting.
Give your home, hotel, office or venue address and postcode, with the relevant entrance. SW3 and SW10 contain different destination points; a nearby station name alone is not enough.
Compare the rail connection The DART connects the terminal with Luton Airport Parkway, which is separate from the airport terminal. From Parkway, Thameslink serves central London stations and East Midlands Railway links to St Pancras. Plan your onward journey from London to Chelsea separately. For a combined rail-and-DART ticket, the airport advises selecting Luton Airport (LUA), rather than Parkway alone.

YOUR CHELSEA ADDRESS
Chelsea destinations are not interchangeable. Knightsbridge Underground Station’s published address is Sloane Street, London, SW3 1ED; Chelsea and Westminster Hospital is at 369 Fulham Road, London, SW10 9NH. Neither is a substitute for your actual destination address.
For a hospital journey, tell us the department and entrance as well as the address. For a hotel, office or venue, give the relevant entrance and any access notes so the office can plan the final part of your journey.

Yes. Your pre-booked journey can end at your Chelsea home, hotel, office or venue. Give us the full address and postcode, the relevant entrance and any additional stops so the office can plan your drop-off.
Tell us the passenger count together with the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The complete party and load determine the suitable vehicle, not seats alone.
An estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. Discuss your requirements with the office, including any accompanying carer who needs a seat.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost separately.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable; discuss boarding and the rest of your luggage with the office.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Tell the office the child's age, relevant height, weight and seat requirements, and ask about the charge.
