Give your full Chelsea home or hotel address, postcode and relevant entrance or access details. Knightsbridge Station is an SW3 reference, not a substitute for your address. If leaving Chelsea and Westminster Hospital at 369 Fulham Road, SW10 9NH, specify the department and entrance.
Share your travel date, flight details and the time you need to reach Stansted Airport for check-in. The office can help plan the pickup around that target. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items. The office can help find a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
At the airport Stansted's Express Set Down is for drop-offs only; vehicles must not be left unattended there.

COMPARE THE WHOLE JOURNEY
A pre-booked car takes you from your booked Chelsea address to Stansted Airport. If comparing rail, allow for the separate journey from Chelsea to the interchange, including walking and luggage.
Stansted Express serves Liverpool Street and Tottenham Hale. A Stratford option requires a change at Tottenham Hale; it is not a direct Stratford–Stansted Express service.

Yes. Your pre-booked private-hire journey starts at your agreed address, rather than a station used for a public-transport comparison. Give us the postcode, entrance and any additional stops.
Choose for the whole party and its luggage together, not just the number of seats. A saloon suits a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury arrangements are available by enquiry.
Give the office the number and sizes of your cases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so suitability can be confirmed.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an extra escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the relevant child and seat details. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
