Agree your collection arrangements with the office before travel, then continue to your booked address.
Share your arrival date and flight number so the office can coordinate your pickup. If your flight details change, contact the office to discuss revised arrangements. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Ask the office to confirm your meeting arrangements before you travel. Stansted's pickup and drop-off parking options are Short Stay Green and Blue; Express Set Down is not a pickup area. If you and your driver cannot find each other, contact the office for help.
Give the full home, hotel, office or venue address and postcode, along with the relevant entrance and any extra stop. For Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, specify the department or entrance as well as the hospital address.
Public transport from Stansted Stansted Express connects with the Victoria line at Tottenham Hale and also links the airport with London Liverpool Street, where Underground and Elizabeth line connections are available. Plan the interchange, luggage and onward journey to your Chelsea address. Stratford requires a change at Tottenham Hale; it is not a direct Stansted Express service.

SW3 and SW10 cover different destinations, so an exact address helps the office quote and plan the right journey rather than a generic trip to Chelsea.
For example, Knightsbridge Underground Station is on Sloane Street, London, SW3 1ED, while Chelsea and Westminster Hospital is at 369 Fulham Road, London, SW10 9NH. For the hospital, confirm the department or entrance you need.

Yes. KB Cars can arrange your journey to your booked Chelsea home, hotel, office or other address. Give the full address and postcode, relevant entrance and any additional stops. Stations in the public-transport comparison are alternatives, not the default private-hire destination.
Choose for the whole party and its combined luggage, not seats alone. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can suit a larger party. Executive vehicles are another option, and Mini Van and Luxury arrangements are available by enquiry.
Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Ask the office to confirm the charges and inclusions for your journey. Waiting can be chargeable, and parking is separate from waiting; the applicable terms should be agreed with your quote.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. If you need a material change, ask the office and wait for acceptance of the revised arrangement and any charge.
Yes. The office can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Describe the help you need when booking so a suitable arrangement can be made. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately; the office will agree the arrangement and any cost with you.
