Tell us your flight time and the airport arrival time you are aiming for, so the office can help plan your pickup. Heathrow recommends arriving three hours before an international flight or two hours before a domestic or Europe flight. Follow your airline’s requirements too.

Colliers Wood and South Wimbledon are different Underground stations. Check which is practical from your address, then use a live journey planner for services to your Heathrow terminal on your travel date.
When comparing public transport, consider the walk or other journey to the station, any interchange, and how your party will manage cases and pushchairs along the way.

Choose for passengers and bags together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon, while an MPV offers more passenger seats; using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item, so we can agree a suitable vehicle.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one when you pre-book, subject to availability and suitability. Give the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage requirements. Agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge may apply, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Use the terminal your airline gives for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Pickup is from the address you book, including your home if that is what you need. A station can be requested instead; give its exact name rather than assuming a nearby station is the default pickup.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Our office is available around the clock if you need help with your arrangement.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need: guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. A folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where suitable, but KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair. For assistance at Heathrow, arrange it through your airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.
