Your quote reflects your Heathrow collection, Colliers Wood destination, travel date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Tell our office your flight and terminal, passenger numbers and luggage so we can arrange a suitable car.
Heathrow parking is separate from the fare and charged at the airport’s own price. Pay at the terminal car park pay station on the way out, or repay your driver if they pay for you. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; ask the office about these when booking.
ARRIVING AT HEATHROW
Agree a meeting arrangement and keep in touch if your arrival changes.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the actual arrival before dispatch, and your driver tracks the flight after assignment. Request meet and greet with a name board inside arrivals at no extra service charge, or arrange another pickup place with the office before or around arrival. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you would prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. Tell the office or driver if immigration, bags or the aircraft holds you up: the driver can enter later to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting, so agree the applicable terms when booking.
Give us your full Colliers Wood home, hotel or venue address and any relevant entrance or access details. If you are going to a station, name it precisely so it is not confused with another Wimbledon-area station.

Request meet and greet inside arrivals and your driver can meet you with a name board at no extra service charge. Airport parking remains payable separately. Alternatively, the office can advise and arrange a pickup place before or around your arrival; give us your flight number and terminal.
Choose for passengers and bags together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual items, so we can agree a suitable vehicle.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Tell the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; agree the arrangement and any charge before travel. Allow space for the seat and any pushchair.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you know. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs, but waiting outside is still waiting and is not unlimited free waiting. Agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give the full destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Include any additional stops in the journey details.
Contact the office with your new flight details. Your existing booking moves to the new flight free of charge. If the new arrangements involve a different airport or destination, the office must agree the changed journey and any revised fare.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable.
