Give us your home or hotel address, postcode and entrance, plus any access details or extra stops. East Sheen Library and Mortlake station are both on Sheen Lane, but have different addresses; North Sheen station is in TW9. A station name is not a substitute for your booked pickup address.
Share your flight number and the time your airline recommends you reach Luton for check-in. The office can discuss a suitable pickup time for your departure. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Tell us the number of passengers and the number and sizes of their bags, including cabin bags, pushchairs, folded wheelchairs or unusual items. The office can help match the vehicle to the combined load.

COMPARE YOUR OPTIONS
Pre-booked car — Travel from your chosen East Sheen pickup with your party and luggage to Luton Airport. The office can discuss your vehicle, pickup time and any extra stops as part of your quote.
Rail via Luton Airport Parkway — Thameslink serves Parkway from St Pancras, Farringdon, City Thameslink, Blackfriars and London Bridge. East Midlands Railway’s Luton Airport Express links St Pancras and Parkway. Neither service reaches the terminal: add the DART and select Luton Airport (LUA) for a combined rail-and-DART ticket, rather than a Parkway-only ticket.
The DART operates around the clock, but mainline trains have their own timetables. This is the airport-end connection, not a complete East Sheen itinerary: plan your local station leg and check services for your date.

Yes. Your pre-booked car can collect you from your East Sheen home or hotel address. Give the full address, postcode and entrance, along with any additional stops; stations in the rail comparison are alternatives, not the default private-hire pickup.
Give us the passenger count and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. Seats and luggage space need to work together for the whole party.
A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. Mini Van and luxury arrangements are available by enquiry. Ask the office to confirm a suitable choice.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Yes. Tell the office about assistance or seating needs when arranging your journey so the right arrangements can be discussed. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is considered separately and any cost agreed.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Share the child's relevant seat requirements. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
