Agree the collection arrangements before you travel so you know how to find your driver and where you are going.
Give the office your flight number, arrival date and expected time, plus a contact number so we can coordinate your collection. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information. If your plans change, contact the office to discuss the revised arrangement.
Luton's paid Pick Up/Drop Off Zone is a short walk from the terminal. Agree your meeting point and contact plan with KB Cars rather than assuming a particular bay or an arrivals meeting. If you and your driver cannot find each other, the office can help.
Provide the full East Sheen address, postcode and entrance for your home, hotel or office, and tell us about any extra stop. The car is arranged for your actual destination, not a nearby landmark.
Comparing the train? The DART connects the terminal with Luton Airport Parkway, where Thameslink and East Midlands Railway serve London, including St Pancras. For a combined rail-and-DART ticket, select “Luton Airport (LUA)”; a Parkway-only ticket is different. Plan the changes and onward East Sheen leg with your luggage and travel date in mind.

EAST SHEEN ADDRESS GUIDE
East Sheen Library is on Sheen Lane, London SW14 8LP; Mortlake station is also on Sheen Lane, at SW14 8LN. They are different addresses, not defaults for your home or hotel. Give us your actual destination and entrance.
North Sheen station is on Manor Road, Richmond, TW9 4QA. If your onward plan uses Mortlake, South Western Railway is listed there and National Rail classifies access as step-free category B1; platform interchange uses a footbridge or the road level crossing. Consider the crossing if your approach uses Sheen Lane.

Yes. Arrange the transfer to your booked home, hotel or office address in East Sheen. Give the full postcode and entrance, and include any additional stops; stations in the rail comparison are alternatives, not default destinations.
Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the seats. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can suit a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry.
Tell the office the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can discuss a suitable arrangement.
Contact the office as soon as you know about a delay or need more time. It can discuss your collection and agree any changes and revised charges with you. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy; ask about the conditions and any airport parking charges for your booking.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need, including limited walking tolerance or a folding wheelchair, so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; if the meeting point is inaccessible, discuss a practical alternative.
An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed in advance. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair carried as luggage is not the same as travelling seated in it.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask the office to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Share the child's relevant height, weight and seat needs and agree any charge when booking.
